About Us

Laterite Vending is a brand under Laterite Commercial & Vending, a subsidiary of Laterite Real Estate Ltd.  Our parent company Laterite Real Estate Ltd started off as small property development company in 2014 and incorporated in 2020.  It evolved into a niche commercial property management agency working with a selected few mixed use real estate developers to manage and monetize their communal spaces and provide a consultancy service for their respective retail unit teams, and has introduced many vending machines to the clients developed buildings.  Now Laterite Real Estate Ltd has ventured out into the vending machine industry under a new vending machine brand Laterite Vending and will start producing its own label snacks for vending machines and concession stands.
